The Content Hour · Put Out Content

One hour on camera, so your client meets you before they meet anyone else.

You answer about 40 questions built from what your leads actually ask. Within 7 business days you have 15 finished videos, including the set your team sends every new lead.

For experts whose one client is worth $10K or more.

Deepak Sharma runs Put Out Content, which has made content with experts for six years. Record at our Miami studio, or we bring the studio to your office.

Between the form and the follow-up

A new lead fills in the form on your website. They’re nervous, they’re about to spend real money, and they may be asking someone else too.

You’re with clients all day. Someone on your team sends a booking link, and then the lead hears nothing until the consult. If they show up.

Some go away to think about it after the consult, and you never hear from them again. You don’t chase them, because following up feels pushy. So you’re left wondering if it was something you said. Or your fees.

These videos go into that gap. Your team sends one before the consult, so the lead has heard you answer their questions before they sit down with you. Not every lead will watch it. When someone goes quiet afterward, your team sends the next one, and you’re not the one chasing.

Videos sent to leads, judged on one sales number

Maybe you’ve posted before and it didn’t bring in clients. In one survey of law firms, only 23% said social media works for them.

Your hour starts with the questions every lead asks, and those videos go to people who have reached out to you. The middle 20 minutes become your posts for the month, and the last 20 feed both. We judge all of it on one number from your sales process.

How the hour works

A 20-minute call, then one hour on camera

  1. A 20-minute prep call. You tell us what your leads ask and which clients you want more of. Deepak turns that into about 40 questions, written in your clients’ words.
  2. One hour in the studio, in three 20-minute blocks: the questions every lead asks, what people get wrong in your field, and one type of client in depth.
  3. Within 7 business days, your videos arrive edited by a person, then captioned.
  4. A 30-minute handoff call with whoever handles your inquiries, to go through the Playbook.

There’s no script and nothing to memorize. Deepak asks, and you answer the questions you already answer every day.

He’s hosted The 1% Show for seven years, more than 150 episodes of sitting across a table from a guest and asking questions.

What you walk away with

Your team gets the videos, and the message to send

A guest in an armchair talking with his hands, filmed in the studio.
A guest speaking into a desk microphone in the studio.

You get 15 finished videos with captions, plus a Spanish set if you’re bilingual.

The Playbook is the part your team uses. It tells whoever answers your inquiries which video to send right after someone reaches out, which one before the consult, which one after it, and which ones to send in follow-up.

Next to each video in that sequence is the message that goes with it, written out. Your front desk doesn’t have to work out what to say to a lead who’s gone quiet. They send you.

For the videos you put on social, the Playbook includes a posting schedule too.

You also get all the raw footage from your hour, and you own it.

How we measure it

One number, written down before we start

Before your session, we pick one number from your sales process: how many booked consults show up, or how many inquiries become signed clients.

We write down where it stood over your last 30 days. Thirty days after the videos go into your intake, we look at the same number again.

It’s month to month, with no contract that locks you in. If it isn’t working for you, you stop.

Past work

What our clients’ content brought in over six years

The Content Hour is new, so it has no results of its own yet. Everything below came from Put Out Content’s ongoing content work, as our clients reported it.

  • Patients flew in from other states to see Dr. Goddard. The content was tied to more than $250,000 in patient revenue.
  • Steven Villagomez went from fewer than 20 calls a month to more than 100.
  • If you’ve been burned by an agency, Madeleine Holland had been too, by six or more of them, before she came to us.
  • Across our clients, more than $3 million in sales was tied to their content.

Is this for you?

  • One client is worth $10K or more to you.
  • You’re the face of the business, and you can give us one hour.
  • Leads come in, and someone on your team talks to them.
  • You run mostly on referrals and barely post.

It’s not for you if

  • Nobody on your team answers new inquiries yet.
  • You want someone to run your social media accounts.

Quick answers

Pricing depends on the package. We’ll go through it on the call.
I’m not in Miami. Does that rule me out?
No. Bringing the studio to your office is its own package.
What happens after the call?
If you decide to go ahead, you’ll get an invoice, and then we book your prep call.
